On February 10, 2015, the Company entered into an agreement with ThinkFire Services USA, Ltd. (ThinkFire) pursuant to which the master services agreement, dated November 30, 2004 (the Agreement) between the parties (see Note H[4]) was terminated in consideration of the Companys payment to ThinkFire of $285,000, and the Company has no further obligations to ThinkFire under the Agreement. |
