Revenue from one licensee constituted approximately 81% of the Company's revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2018 and revenue from one licensee constituted approximately 58% of the Company's revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2018.  Revenue from the sale of the Company's unsecured claim against Avaya, Inc. constituted approximately 29% of the Company's revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2018.  Revenue from three licensees constituted approximately 75% of the Company's revenue for both the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017.    At September 30, 2018, royalty receivables from one licensee constituted in the aggregate approximately 79% of the Company's royalty receivables.  At December 31, 2017, royalty receivables from three licensees constituted in the aggregate approximately 79% of the Company's royalty receivables.
