NETWORK-1 DECLARES SEMI-ANNUAL DIVIDEND
 
New York, New York July 26, 2019 The Board of Directors of Network-1 Technologies, Inc. (NYSE American: NTIP) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per common share.  The semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per share is payable on September 20, 2019 to all common stockholders of record as of September 4, 2019.

Network-1's dividend policy provides for the payment of a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per common share ($0.10 per common share annually) in March and September of each year.  It is anticipated that the semi-annual regular cash dividend will continue to be paid through March 2020 (the expiration of Network-1's Remote Power Patent) provided that Network-1 continues to receive royalties from licensees of its Remote Power Patent.

The dividend policy of Network-1 will undergo a periodic review by the Board of Directors and is subject to change at any time depending on the earnings of Network-1, its financial requirements and other factors existing at the time.  Future declarations of semi-annual dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to the final determination and discretion of the Board of Directors
