On June 11, 2019, the Board of Directors of Network-1 Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") approved an extension and increase to its Share Repurchase Program permitting the Company to repurchase up to $5,000,000 of shares of its common stock over the next two years (for a total authorization since inception of approximately $22,000,000). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
