Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On May 28, 2019, Network-1 Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued three new patents with respect to Network-1’s Cox Patent Portfolio.  Network-1’s Cox Patent Portfolio now includes thirty-two (32) patents.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
