ITEM 8.01  OTHER EVENTS

            On November 27, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing
a ruling by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas
pertaining to a Markman hearing in its patent infringement litigation against
D-Link Systems, Inc. and D-Link Corporation. A copy of the press release is
furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
